Plum blossom, ink on paper. For quite some time I wanted to try Chinese brush painting but until recently could not get round to it, this is the first tiny baby step, without any claims to originality or the mastery of the technique 😀

The Boats, in progress. A new moonlit scene, the first painting and the underpainting. The initial idea for the bottom right corner did not really work in colour hence the new arrangement. Oil on stretched canvas, 50x60cm
